Flooring – Inspect the flooring for evenness, discoloration, cracks, chipped tiles, hollow areas, and the condition of tile joints.

Electrical – Verify switches and power sockets for alignment and proper functioning. Important: Only inspect physical connections and wiring if you have technical training. When handling electrical tasks, always turn off power supplies for safety. Additionally, check for any signs of wear or damage to the electrical components.

Plumbing & Sanitary – Examine toilets and sinks for chips, cracks, and leaks around joints. Ensure consistent water flow and check for any unusual odors or sounds. Verify that all fixtures are securely in place and functioning properly.
