How To Activate SP Utilities For BTO / Condo

For home owners who have collected your keys, congratulations!

Your next step in your home journey is to get a defects checker / do a defects check on your unit and submit it to BSC / developer in the next 30 days.

In order to do this, you need the get utilities turned on.

Here’s a few ways to activate your utiltiies.

1. Download the SP App

The easiest way is to download the SP app and register an account.

Simply put a credit card as payment method and select your address and date to turn on.

2. Activate Using SP Portal

You can also use the SP portal to activate it.

Simply visit the SP Portal here to fill in the details.

3. Visit SP Customer Service Centre

Lastly, you can head down to HDB HUB for SP’s customer service center to get them to turn on the utilities for you.

For estates that are pre-turned on, SP is able to activate for you the utilities on the spot. (however, this is not applicable for condos).
